The Rendons had a beautiful wedding at The Ortiz Center in downtown Corpus Christi. Megan chose to have a country and rustic chic wedding, complete with cowboy boots on the bridal party and cowboy hats for the groomsmen. I think the best part of the wedding were the sentimental touches that Megan incorporated into their big day. It gave a unique twist on remembering loved ones and cherishing those that are in the present. She had a small picture of her mother who had passed away attached to her bouquet. She also reserved the first seat on the first row in remembrance of her mother with a frame of her. Her daughter was the flower girl, who was so precious toddling down the isle, and her son gave her away.
Another beautiful part of the ceremony was listening to the groom say his vows. He was so sweet and emotional, it was hard for him to get the words out. There was not a dry eye in there!
I had a great time photographing the wedding, and loved all the personalities in the bridal party. You could tell the bride and groom were blessed with a huge support system of family and friends.
Huge shout out to Megan of Megan Hodge Photography for being my second shooter. I always have fun with this lady at an event!
